If you have windows xp, go to ''start'' then control panel, then press on ''Data, Time, Language and regional options, then click on add another language, then click on advanced and scroll down for Russian, click it and select apply. If you have it in czech i am afraid i cant really help you much.

Just type in Latin and the words will appear in Cyrillic letters. Can be very useful sometimes.
