If I may give my humble opinion, I believe that religion is an important factor in a nation.
Why not ask Muslims themselves what they think of other non-Muslim Slavs? Personally, the only Muslims from a Slav territory I have ever encountered are Bosnians and therefore I might not give my opinion about other Muslims, however I have felt a big animosity from Bosnians towards Slavs.
They have the capacity of saying the most low things about Serbians and even about Croats at times. Like most Muslims, they consider our lives to not have any value because we are not Muslims, therefore we do not have the right Faith. Their religion is based on conquering. They believe that more land they conquer in the name of their god, bigger are their chances to glory in the other world. And anybody that hinders them in doing so is disposable. As Albanians consider Kosovo, as not a new country, but a part of Alabania (Makedonia and Crna Gora are next for what I have heard), Bosnians do not seem to consider Bosnia as a country but as Muslim land that will one day be united to other Muslim lands. To my eyes, they are still part of the Ottoman empire and we should be very careful having them near any other Slavic country.
Now, I will admit that I am subjective on the matter because my grandfather was killed by Muslims and that I base my impression of other Muslims on my personal bad experiences with Bosnians, however I believe that being careful with people that were not raised in Christendom as most Slavs is very important for our survival even if it means being unfair to individuals.

Many "Bosniaks" identify with the Ottoman past and consider today's Turkey as their big brother, that's right.
The plan that Boban and Karadzic had, to divvy Bosnia and Hercegovina up between Serbia, Croatia and Bosniaks, would've been the best solution.
B&H how it is today has no future.
