It is obvious, that this forum needs new moderators, so I suggest the administration to appoint new ones from the quantity of "old" and active members.

Why do you think so, when the flow is so low these days? For the record, I do read the forum everyday, I just don't post much.

I did not know that you were moderator.
Some topics are posted not in proper branch and the main thing:
moderator has to direct the polemics in topic, and we see much off-top. Sometimes it does not seem to me that forum is Slavonic one.
