Not afraid of eating all kinds of foods ;D Fast food hamburgers actually aren't that bad. There is a documentary called Fat Head where the guy eats them for one month and actually loses weight.

YAY!! ;D Klitschko Brothers reign supreme!!! ----------- Wladimir Klitschko beats David Haye. Associated Press - ESPN.com: Boxing Saturday, July 2, 2011 HAMBURG, Germany -- Wladimir Klitschko won a lopsided unanimous decision over David Haye, adding the WBA title to his heavyweight haul on Saturday. Klitschko dominated almost from the opening bell against a smaller fighter who took few chances, winnning for the 14th straight time and improving to 17-2 in title fights. But he never knocked Haye down in a fight that did not live up to its advance hype. "He was scared to fight me," Klitschko said. "I was expecting more of a challenge in the ring, but he was super defensive." The victory in a rain-soaked football stadium in Hamburg means Klitschko and his older brother, Vitali, hold all three major heavyweight titles. Wladimir already had the IBF title (and minor WBO, IBO belts), while Vitali was the WBC champion. All three judges gave it to Klitschko, scoring the 12-round showdown 117-109, 118-108 and 116-110. Haye, who stirred most of the hype with often crass trash-talking, said he hurt a toe on his right foot in training and lost some of his explosive power because of it. "I couldn't give everything I needed to, it was really frustrating," Haye said in the ring. "I had to knock him out and unfortunately I couldn't do it." Haye slipped to the canvas repeatedly as he got into clinches with the heavier, taller and more experienced Ukrainian, who was fighting in his home base. Referee Genaro Rodriguez finally had enough of it and gave Haye a count when he slipped in the 11th round. This time, Haye got quickly to his feet. Haye came out slugging in the final round, landing a series of body punches and a good right hand to the head. But Klitschko came right back with some stinging jabs and right hands to take away one of the rare offensive threats of the night from the British fighter. Klitschko (56-3) had wanted to knock Haye out, disgusted with the Brit's trash talking over the past few years. The fact that he didn't disappointed him, though he was happy to join the major titles with his brother, who he has said he will never fight. "We're celebrating with my brother that we've collected all the belts in the heavyweight division," Klitschko said. "It wasn't as spectacular as I expected, but I was trying." For most of the fight, Klitschko stayed behind his feared left jab. He landed a right on Haye's chin in the fifth but Haye recovered nicely, bouncing off the ropes to stay on his feet. Haye (25-2) fought defensively for the most part, unwilling to risk going inside and catching a Klitschko right to the head. He took off his shoe in the ring to show off a toe he said he broke three weeks ago that bothered him the entire fight. "He's big, strong and very effective at what he does," Haye said. "It was definitely subpar for me." AngloSaxons can't even win with Blacks fighting for them!

People don't beat Fedor, Steroids beat Fedor!
Hendo is 40 years old, you can't be that in MMA and be on top without doing roids! And the referee let it pass when Hendo hit Fedor in the neck! Illegal move! I think Strikeforce is trying to get rid of Fedor, especially after they got bought up by UFC. They don't want Fedor to win, why did they else give him Silva?
He should just quit, this corrupt steroided sport isn't good enough for honest sportsmen! Fedor will be remembered for being the best, for an untarnished and long glorious career, what will shit organizations like Strikeforce & UFC be remembered for in the long run? Not for running things good that's for sure!
Our heroes come and go, now it's Klitschko's time in the spotlight, but their legacy is eternal!

UFC 134 Rio Results: Stanislav Nedkov Silences Brazilian Crowd with TKO Over Luiz Cane. mmaweekly.com Posted on August 27, 2011 by Damon Martin It’s not easy to make your UFC debut on the main card against a fighter in their home country, but Stanislav Nedkov stepped into shark infested waters in Brazil, and came out with a TKO win over Luiz Cane. With an undefeated record of 11-0, Nedkov, a native of Bulgaria, was still relatively unknown coming into his first fight in the UFC. His debut was delayed because of injuries, but he finally showed why he belonged in the UFC on Saturday night. Facing a dangerous striker in Luiz Cane, a shorter Nedkov struggled to find his distance early, but repeatedly threw an overhand right that the Brazilian just didn’t find a way to block. Still through the early part of the fight, Cane controlled the stand up and busted Nedkov’s nose at one point, causing the Bulgarian to grab at his nose over and over again, obviously bothered by the injury. Nedkov was undeterred however and as he tossed the right hand one more time he caught Cane, and followed it up with a left that rattled the Brazilian, putting him on wobbly legs. Seeing his opponent was hurt, Nedkov rushed forward with strikes as Cane crumbled against the cage. The pressure stayed on with Nedkov blasting at Cane until the referee swooped in for the save. The Brazilian crowd was silenced as Nedkov TKO’d Cane in the first round. A very proud Bulgarian, Nedkov paid tribute to his home country after getting the win. “Bulgaria’s been waiting a very long time for this victory,” Nedkov said following his debut victory. Now 12-0, Nedkov moves forward in his UFC career looking to stay undefeated. Randy Couture ;D www.youtube.com/watch?v=SA5iQ8F-6ig

You live in Brazil? They seem pretty arrogant peoples...were even booing when the foreign fighters weigh-in before the event..or they are hooligan football fans that came to see some mma? Kane doing teh chicken dance! Nedkov has awesome ground game n ground n pound, but his stand up is so-so..hits hard though. He should move to the Americas n train, they got entire teams for different kinds of training and good at coming up with 'game plans' before a fight. That's what one needs to go far. Also to travel to the Americas n have jet lag is not good, fighters outside the Americas come to fight there n are tired before the matches. Bulgaria has heart n talents but it can only help him so far..not much backing in Bulgaria for mma, lack of money, poor pay etc. You know sportsmen, most of them are stupid? Seriously, he used the Bulgarian flag to wipe his nose.."I want to wipe me nose, hmmm piece of cloth handy"..that dumbass... at least he loves his country from what he speaks.

Not arrogant, rather very uneducated.
I thought he was too small for LHW. Maybe he should drop down? Anyway, I wish him the best of luck.

MMA's All-Time Heavyweights. Sherdog.com Saturday, September 10, 2011 They are the giants of full-contact fighting, the men who populate the heavyweight division. No other weight class provides a wider spectrum in terms of size, skill and personality. It has given rise to some of the sport’s most revered figures and some of its most hated characters. Together, they defined a generation with toughness, technique and a flair for the dramatic. They made us laugh, and they made us cry. In conjunction with the 2011 Strikeforce heavyweight grand prix, which continues with the semifinals on Saturday in Cincinnati (Showtime 10 ET/PT), Sherdog.com has compiled its list of the 10 greatest heavyweight mixed martial artists of all-time. Members of the Sherdog editorial team -- Managing Editor Mike Fridley, Features Editor Brian Knapp, Administrative Editor Jordan Breen, News Editor Mike Whitman and Associate Editor Chris Nelson -- cast their votes for the Top 10 in a non-scientific poll sure to stir debate. Fighters received 10 points for a first-place vote, nine points for a second-place vote and so on. For each of the next five days, Sherdog will reveal two fighters who made the cut, beginning with No. 10 and No. 9, until the picture is complete. Without question, this list will look far different in a few short years, as the sport remains in a constant state of evolution, but, for now, these are the men who have earned their heavyweight stripes. --- #1 - Fedor Emelianenko Record: 31-4, 1 NC Age: 34 Height: 6-foot Weight: 223 Style: Sambo Birthplace: Rubizhne, Ukraine Poll Points: 50 Career Notes: For the better part of a decade, he was untouchable, a larger-than-life figure whose stoicism and humility masked a ruthless competitor within. From Dec. 22, 2000 until June 26, 2010, Emelianenko was unbeaten in 28 appearances -- 27 victories and a no contest. The most dominant and successful fighter in the history of Pride Fighting Championships, he arrived in the Japanese promotion in 2002 and passed every test set before him, including wins over Brazilian great Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (twice), UFC hall of famer Mark Coleman (twice), former UFC heavyweight champion Kevin Randleman, four-time K-1 World Grand Prix winner Semmy Schilt and 2006 Pride open weight grand prix winner Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic. Emelianenko won the Pride heavyweight title in March 2003, later unified it and remained champion until the company sold out to the Ultimate Fighting Championship four years later. Post-Pride, he defeated 2000 Olympic silver medalist Matt Lindland, the 7-foot-2 Hong Man Choi and former UFC heavyweight titleholders Tim Sylvia and Andrei Arlovski, finishing all four of them in 3:14 or less. A three-time sambo world champion, Emelianenko has delivered 24 of his 31 professional victories by knockout, technical knockout or submission, 21 of them inside one round. In more than 11 years of active MMA competition, he has never lost a decision. --- #2 - Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira #3 - Randy Couture --- #4 - Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic Record: 27-9-2, 1 NC Age: 36 Height: 6-foot-2 Weight: 227 Style: Kickboxing Birthplace: Vinkovci, Croatia Poll Points: 30 Career Notes: No weapon unleashed upon MMA has inspired more fear than Filipovic’s left high kick, which felled former Pride Fighting Championships middleweight titleholder Wanderlei Silva, 2000 Pride open weight grand prix finalist Igor Vovchanchyn, the 6-foot-6 Aleksander Emelianenko and moonlighting professional wrestlers Dos Caras Jr. and Yuji Nagata. In his 39-fight career, Filipovic has defeated three former UFC champions -- Josh Barnett (three times), Mark Coleman and Kevin Randleman -- and an Olympic gold medalist in Hidehiko Yoshida. He compiled a stellar 16-4-2 mark inside Pride and won the Japanese promotion’s prestigious 2006 open weight grand prix; the loaded tournament field included Barnett, Silva, Yoshida, Alistair Overeem, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Fabricio Werdum. Filipovic sports a staggering 20 first-round finishes on his ledger. His August 2005 encounter with Fedor Emelianenko, which resulted in a unanimous decision defeat, remains one of the most-talked-about fights in MMA history. --- #5 - Josh Barnett #6 - Frank Mir #7 - Tim Sylvia #8 - Mark Coleman #9 - Cain Velasquez #10 - Fabricio Werdum

Congrads to Vitally Klitcshko who totaly dominated a very game & brave Tomasz Adamek.I think Adamek can handle a lot of heavies but should stick to Cruiser weight. He should fight a Steve Cunnigham, the excellent champion in that division ,now that would be a fight to see.
The Klitcshkos have dominated the HD now for almost 10 years. So its fairly certain that at 40 Vitaly will soon retire, hell, there is no one left to fight, except Wladimir, & that won't happen.A new crop of Russians HW in Denis Boytsov & the "Ruski Vityaz" Alexander Potvetkin, could make their mark on the division soon. The Finn Robert Helenius is now ranked behind the Klitcshkos ,he will probably fight one or the other soon.Three othe Slavs are ranked in the elite top 30 heavies in the world:Alexander Ustinov (BLR),Kubrat Pulev (BUL), Neven Pajkich, (Canadian serb),are the notable lesser rated ones.

There are other Slavic champions, Wlodarczyk, Pirog, Shenchenko, etc.
But no surprise about Klischtko's win and Fedor's choice.
